Fantastic staff, attentive, eager to help. Spotlessly clean. Free upgrade of the room to a suite for no reason. Excellent reception and restaurant staff. Amazing breakfast. Ideally situated for Petra with views of the valley below. Very, very glad we chose this hotel.

Excellent!

Everything was fantastic! The new hotel impressed us, and the staff, particularly Mohammed at the reception, Kumar, and Abdullah at the restaurant, were friendly and professional. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the suite, which added to the overall positive experience. The chef prepared delicious meals with a wide range of options. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful staff and hotel

Brilliant hotel with amazing staff who really looked after us. The breakfast was amazing and one day when i wasnt feeling well they even agreed to pack my breakfast for me. Car parking was great to have as easy 5 min drive to the petra visitors entrance. Beautiful rooms great shower but its the kindness and helpfulness of the staff that makes the biggest difference :) highly recommneded

It’s a brand new hotel located in central Petra, quite close to everywhere, the view are amazing. The staffs are super welcome, even gave us the “cheat” way to visit Petra. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. It’s a non-smoking hotel, so it smells nice. The foods also good, and they provided BBQ for dinner. Super ????

Very nice hotel perfectly located. Super clean. We receive upgrade room with balcony and a lot o space . Netflix availlable.

Breakfast could be better - choice rather limited for people from Europe.

Exceptional

The hotel was amazing, very clean and modern. When we arrived we were given a free room upgrade and the view was great. We also had two buffet dinners at Khalil restaurant (inside the hotel) and it was very good and rich in options. The guys at the reception were fantastic, super friendly and professional.

One thing that is missing is a soap holder on the bathroom sink and some shelving for shower gel and shampoo in the shower/bathtub. Regarding the restaurant, some waiters are perhaps too concerned about your wellbeing and they keep coming to your table to make sure you are good or if you want anything else (even 2 minutes after we sat down). We appreciated the effort but after some time it becomes a little annoying

Very comfortable stay, close to Petra vistor centre

Very comfortable bed, quick drive into town. staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. They made sure we had a good stay. Rooms are very clean and on par with European standards (which is exemption for Jordan)

Nothing as such but for recommendations- as an an avid travel, I would have preferred more Jordanian cuisine. I think breakfast on offer is still a solid effort to cater for all but I just feel local food with be much better

The hotel was brand new when we arrived (only 2 months after soft opening). The facilities were great, the pool was awesome and there were two restaurants. Sofian was amazing at the front desk and recommended us different routes to visit Petra & get the full experience. Also the hotel is located on a hill so you have an amazing view on the city

We absolutely recommend this lovely hotel.

This is a little gems, the best hotel we had in Jordan. We have been welcomed with Jordan coffee and delicious dates. The staff were extremely nice and always happy to help. The rooms were very comfortable and we were lucky to have 2 communicated rooms. Breakfast is really nice and there are all the Jordan specialities. It is a brand new hotel and everything is super clean and in very good condition. We loved it

Brand new hotel with amazing staff and amenities.

Brand new hotel (I visited during the soft opening), absolutely gorgeous both inside and out. Staff and management are extremely pleasant and always willing to offer help and assist. I do not recall the manager's name during my stay but he was warm, welcoming, and made the stay even more pleasant. The hotel itself is stunning. The lobby is gorgeously designed with no detail spared, and the whole hotel has a boutique feel to it. The breakfast which was included during my stay was also fantastic. It consisted of a hot/cold buffet and made-to-order eggs. The dining staff are also very inviting and do not miss a step. The restaurant itself has a very large terrace with gorgeous views of the city. To top it off, the pool area of the hotel is stunning and very well designed. It appears to be mostly finished but they are performing a few more touches. The pool is on the third floor but sits in a very private area surrounded by the hotel rooms - so it feels like you are in a private courtyard. The back wall over the pool has a fountain and a massive, beautiful mural. The room was very well appointed, too, and included a mini fridge which was a nice surprise. The particular room I was in overlooked the dining terrace and had a great view of the city and a window that can actually be opened! The bathroom area is nicely laid out with a very large shower and the toilet has a manual bidet next to it. I cannot say enough good about this hotel and it was honestly one of the best properties I've ever visited. If they continue to offer service of this caliber, which I imagine they will, then you will enjoy your stay as much as I enjoyed mine.
